Can I order samples
Yes, you can order samples based on the payment policy provided earlier. For samples, it’s required that you wire the full amount in advance. This approach is common in many industries as it ensures that the costs associated with producing and shipping the samples are covered.
Can I print my company's logo on the product?
After both parties have customized the details and understood the costs and delivery time, you can proceed to place an order. Make sure you have a written agreement or contract that specifies the customized details, total cost, production time, and delivery terms.
How long is the usual delivery period?
Regular products will be delivered within 7 days and usually completed within 21 days. Specialized products require approval from the national customs and usually take 15 working days to complete all customs procedures
What kind of payment methods can you accept?
For samples, please wire the full amount in advance; for bulk orders, please wire a 30% deposit in advance, and the balance before shipment. Bulk orders can also be accepted through a letter of credit. This is negotiable.
Can we establish product agents in our country?
Currently, we do not have any appointed agents. Our products are sold directly from the factory. If you are interested in exclusive distribution of our products in your country, we can discuss and reach an agreement on the terms of the agency contract. This would include the scope of the agency, territory, duration, financial arrangements (such as commission rates, pricing structure), exclusivity, and termination conditions

Can I come to the factory to inspect the goods before shipment？
Once you are satisfied that the goods meet your requirements and any identified issues have been resolved, you can approve the goods for shipment. It’s helpful to have a formal process for approving the inspection results, such as signing off on a final inspection report.
